The Stark Area Regional Transit Authority is seeking a marketing firm or firms to engage with for the development of advertising and marketing for SARTA’s services and programs. This may include, but is not limited to the following:
Collaborate with SARTA staff to develop, produce, implement, and maintain aspects of Marketing and Public Relations
 Present project details and ideas based on feedback and knowledge gathered from work with SARTA Marketing Staff
 Organize and implement ad buys with various media outlets including, but not limited to, Print media, Movie Theatre, Cable, OTT/CTV, Radio, Billboard
 Materials to be produced/designed may include, but are not limited to:
o Literature – both digital and print
o Logos
o Social Media Ads
o Identity Materials
o Radio Spots
o Press Releases
o Video Spots
All work will be done in collaboration with the SARTA marketing administrator and with approval of the Administration of SARTA

Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA), main office, located at 1600 Gateway BLVD SE, Canton Ohio. SARTA, is a political sub-division organized under Ohio Revised Code 306.35, which provides public transportation, fixed route, and ADA service for Stark County residents. SARTA is funded by a ¼ percent sales tax that is voted on by citizens of Stark County. SARTA also receives Federal and State grants for capital and operating assistance. We are public servants dedicated to providing outstanding customer service- selling our service to one customer at a time.

SARTA is soliciting proposals to obtain a banking relationship that provides maximum services and competitive pricing. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select one financial institution to provide basic banking services described in the attached specifications.
