A Transit Asset Management Plan (TAMP) is a business model that uses the condition of assets to guide the optimal prioritization of funding at transit agencies in order to keep transit systems in a State of Good Repair (SGR). See the TAMP attached below. -August 27, 2018.
Transit Development Plan (2020):
Transit Development Plans (TDPs) help SARTA improve their efficiency and effectiveness by identifying the need and required resources for modifying and enhancing services provided to Stark County residents. These plans also provide a solid foundation for funding requests and feed directly into the programming process.
